First blog

I finally decided to start at blog. I have no idea what it will be about, but I figure it will develop into something on its own. I hope.

I am finally nearing the end of my graduate school career. Finally. These remaining several months will be busy. I am almost finished writing my first paper for this project (molecular mechanisms of antibiotic resistance in bacteria). I am hoping to get two more out before I am finished. We'll see.

Good news on the computer game front. I recently read that Spore has a release date. Even better, a Mac version will be available. Like many people, I have been waiting forever for this game to be released.
